Itinerary

Day 01

• Arrive in Kathmandu

• Upon arrival, be greeted at the airport with garlands of flowers

• Transfer to hotel
• Guided sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath Stupa (2000+ years old)

Day 02

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Guided sightseeing tour of Bouddhanath Stupa

• Kathmandu Durbar Square
  - Temple of Kasthamandap
  - Hanuman Dhoka
  - Home of the Living Goddess Kumari

• 

  After lunch excursion to the ancient City of Patan (299 AD)
  - Visit the Royal Palace (17th century)
  - Krishna temples
  - Hiranaya Varna
  - Mahavir Mahabudda
  - Mangal Bazaar
  

Day 03

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (approx. 6-7 hours)

• Rafting down the Trishuli River enroute (approx. 3 hours)

• Free evening to relax or explore Pokhara
  

Day 04

• Breakfast at hotel

• Visit Tibetan Medicine Doctor - pulse diagnostic

• Drive to Bhanjyang (approx. 1 hr 30 min.)
• Trek to Panchase, Bhajyang 2030 meters (approx 3 hours)
• O/N at Camp
  

Day 05

• Morning Yoga & Meditation

• Breakfast served at campsite

• Trek to Panchase Lake
• Sightseeing around lake
• Trek back to Bhanjyang
• O/N at Camp

Day 06

• Early morning trek to View Tower for sunrise

• Visit Siddhababa Cave near View Tower

• Trek back to Bhajyang

• Lunch

• Evening Yoga & Meditation

• O/N at Camp

Day 07

• Enjoy early morning view of sunrise from Bhanjyang
• Breakfast at camp
• Trek to Gathichina (approx. 4 hours)
• Drive back to Pokhara (approx. 1 hour)
• Lunch
• Free time in Pokhara
• Evening 45 min. Foot Massage on Pokhara's Lakeside Drive
• O/N in Pokhara

Day 08

• Breakfast in Hotel

• Visit Tibetan Medicine Doctor for follow-up check

• Optional 15 or 30 minute Ultralight Flight

• Half day sightseeing around Pokhara
  - Devi's Falls
  - Gupteshwor Cave

• Optional Puja
  - 5 PM- Nava Graha Puja which is a Vedic ritual of fire. The puja is to cleanse your soul for a properous life. This is the perfect way to start the new year. This puja is one form of meditation which increases positive energy within the body and reduces negative vibes that come from our planet. During the puja your body, mind and soul will contact with the external energies which are in the cosmic region. Flowers resemble the physical element of this world, insents resemble air, light resembles fire and sandal wood paste used in the puja resembles earth thus combining the five basic elements of life. During this ceremony the priest will bless each of you with a sacred god statue which will protect you from evil spirits and bring prosperity to your life.

• Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
• Visit Manakamana via Cable Car enroute
• O/N in Kathmandu

Day 10

• Breakfast in Hotel
• Free day in Kathmandu for exploring, relaxing, shopping or any other personal activities
• Evening Farewell dinner with traditional Nepali Cultural Show

Day 11

• Free time in Kathmandu until transfer to airport for departure flight
